Case Study
The Relief Project

After the tsunami devastated Southeast Asia in December 2004, Brad Corrigan had an idea. If he could convince his colleagues in the music industry to help him produce an album together, the funds could go towards the peoples of this and other disasters. It worked.

The Relief Project, Vol. 1 is the result of 19 artists uniting to use their music as a tool to rebuild lives. A stunning and diverse album with music that speaks to the vision of Brad and his team. Equally exciting is the message the compilation album sends to these musicians' fans, who are showing their strength in numbers in the purchase of the album and turnout to a sold-out December 2005 CD Release and Benefit Concert in New York City.

These lofty goals became realized not just in the CD but on the website. Brad Corrigan, J.E. Borgen, and I set out to extend the inspiration found in the album's lyrics to the site. We're in the process of making the site more evergreen, so fans will continue to be reminded of the importance of caring for humanity in big ways.
